Prime Minister Narendra Modi was warmly welcomed at Perdana Putra in Putrajaya during his official visit to Malaysia, emphasizing the strong and lasting relationship between the two nations. The Ministry of External Affairs official spokesperson, Randhir Jaiswal, highlighted the significance of the visit, emphasizing the deep-rooted connections between India and Malaysia.

The ceremonial welcome at Perdana Putra marked the beginning of Prime Minister Modi’s engagements in Malaysia, showcasing the mutual importance both countries place on their bilateral relationship. India and Malaysia share a rich history of cultural exchanges, strong people-to-people ties, and centuries-old civilizational links, particularly through the Indian diaspora in Malaysia.

During his visit, PM Modi shared insights into the warm reception he received at Perdana Putra, illustrating the growing closeness in India-Malaysia relations.
