President Droupadi Murmu will commence the 16th National Voters’ Day by distributing Electors Photo Identity Cards to newly-enrolled young voters. The theme for this year’s event is ‘My India, My Vote’ with the tagline, “Citizen at the Heart of Indian Democracy.”

The President will lead the event, with Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal as the Guest of Honour. Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, along with Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi, will also be present.

President Murmu will present Best Electoral Practices Awards in various categories, recognizing achievements in technology use, election management, voter awareness, and more. Additionally, two publications will be launched during the celebration.
