Shilpa Shetty, a prominent Bollywood actress known for her fitness, showcased a lesser-known exercise, Reverse Hypers, on her Instagram. This exercise targets the glute muscles and offers benefits like strengthening the lower back and improving hip extension. Shilpa recommended doing 3 sets of 15 to 18 reps each with short breaks in between.

Shilpa’s husband, Raj Kundra, humorously commented on her post, adding a touch of fun to the fitness update. Despite her disciplined workout routine, Shilpa indulged in some Samosas on her cheat day, expressing her love for the Indian snack.
