Two Baloch civilians have allegedly been forcibly disappeared by Pakistani forces in separate incidents, as reported by the Baloch National Movement’s Human Rights Department. Hamdan, from Dasht in Kech District, was taken from his Karachi residence on December 30, while Yasir Nasir was detained in Gowak area of Mand in Kech district on December 31. The rights organization condemned these actions as severe violations of human rights and called for the immediate disclosure of the victims’ whereabouts.

Amid the rising tensions, the bodies of four unidentified individuals were discovered in a deserted area near Harnai district. The Balochistan Post revealed that the bodies were found by residents and taken into custody by Levies personnel for further investigation. The identities of the deceased individuals remain unknown, adding to the mystery surrounding the incident.

In another development, Baloch families protested against the enforced disappearance of four family members in Kech district, blocking a section of the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor. The Baloch Yakjehti Committee highlighted the ongoing fear and repression faced by the people of Balochistan due to systematic human rights violations. Despite assurances from authorities, the detained individuals have not been released, prompting continued protests and calls for urgent intervention by national and international human rights organizations.
