Union Minister Emphasizes Balanced Approach for Economic Growth

Union Labour and Employment Minister Mansukh Mandaviya highlighted the government’s commitment to balancing the interests of the poor, farmers, industry, and labor for sustainable economic growth. Speaking at a summit, he stressed the importance of industry and workers progressing together for India’s long-term development.

Mandaviya emphasized the need for a growth model that supports both industry and labor, stating that the government aims to create an environment that is favorable to both sectors. He underlined the significance of industry and labor collaborating for mutual progress towards a common future.

The summit also discussed the evolving role of India’s workforce and the nation’s aspiration to become a developed economy under the vision of Viksit Bharat. Industry leaders highlighted the potential of India’s growing working class in driving domestic demand and manufacturing growth.

Former CII President Uday Kotak acknowledged India’s remarkable growth journey but urged the country to remain ambitious and adaptable to future challenges. He emphasized the importance of preparing India for the next phase of economic transformation amidst changing global dynamics.
