Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed deep sorrow over the sudden passing of Prateek Yadav, the son of late Mulayam Singh Yadav and husband of BJP leader Aparna Yadav. He offered his condolences to the grieving family and prayed for their strength during this challenging time.
Prateek Yadav, aged 38, was declared ‘brought dead’ at a Lucknow hospital. He had been suffering from lung issues and was undergoing treatment for a blood clot in his lungs. Despite no apparent signs of injury, doctors will conduct a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death.
Earlier, Prateek Yadav had made headlines by announcing his intention to divorce Aparna Yadav, citing family discord. However, he later revealed that their relationship was back on track. The couple, married in 2011, has two children together.
Union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary also expressed his condolences over Prateek Yadav’s demise, calling it a deeply saddening loss. He prayed for peace for the departed soul and strength for the grieving family during this difficult period.
