The Vadodara District Planning Board, led by Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi, sanctioned development projects worth Rs 16 crore and allocated Rs 2.5 crore for municipal initiatives. Emphasizing quality and timely completion, Sanghavi stressed the importance of meeting project standards. The meeting also reviewed the progress of previously approved works.
The State Minister Dr. Manisha Vakil, MP Dr. Hemang Joshi, Collector Dr. Anil Dhamelia, MLAs, senior officials, and local Panchayat and Municipality presidents attended the session. The approved projects encompass various sectors, including rural roads, water supply schemes, housing units, and education initiatives. These initiatives aim to enhance infrastructure, housing, and social development in Vadodara district.
Following the meeting, Sanghavi highlighted the significance of the approvals in advancing the district’s development. The decisions taken are expected to ensure accountability and active participation of elected representatives in project implementation, benefiting the citizens of Vadodara district.
