Veteran actress Waheeda Rahman shared a humorous incident from the filming of “Mughal-e-Azam” on “The Kapil Sharma Show.” During the shoot, she and Mehmood discovered the lack of washrooms on set. To address this, they offered money to the studio owners to set up a bathroom. However, upon their return after 10 days, they found a thunder box placed in the corridor as the bathroom.

Waheeda Rahman expressed the challenges faced during those times, mentioning they had to limit water intake to cope. “Mughal-e-Azam” starred Prithviraj Kapoor, Dilip Kumar, and Madhubala, depicting the love story of Prince Salim and Anarkali. The film showcased the conflict between Emperor Akbar and his son over their forbidden relationship.

Waheeda Rehman, known for her illustrious career, debuted in 1955 with “Rojulu Marayi” and gained fame through iconic films like “Pyaasa,” “Kaagaz Ke Phool,” and “Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam.”
