Akanksha Chamola, the wife of well-known television actor Gaurav Khanna, disclosed on the reality show ‘Lock Upp season 2’ that she is bisexual and had relationships with women before marrying Gaurav. During a recent episode, Akanksha shared that fellow contestant Shreya Kalra learned about her secret and later revealed it to Sufi Motiwala. Akanksha mentioned that she was bisexual before marriage and had been in relationships with a few women, emphasizing her comfort and affinity towards women.
She expressed feeling more at ease and thriving in the company of women, stating that she admires and is attracted to them. Akanksha highlighted her preference for feminine energy and comfort, noting that society’s norms about female friendships and competition did not apply to her. She described her perspective on all females being beautiful and emphasized that, for her, it is about pure love and admiration.
Prior to this revelation, Akanksha also shared that she and Gaurav are on the path to divorce after being separated for nearly a year.
