Chandigarh, Feb 19 (IANS) A Special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Court in Punjab’s Fazilka sentenced a drug trafficker to 15 years’ of rigorous imprisonment, along with a fine of Rs 4 lakh, for carrying three plastic bottles filled with 4.235 kg heroin concealed in his backpack over three years ago, an NCB official said on Thursday.
