New Delhi, April 3 (IANS) In a move aimed at strengthening India’s maritime capabilities, the government said on Friday it has signed an agreement with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) for a skill development project in the shipbuilding sector.The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW) said that the government signed a ‘Plan of Implementation’ with KOICA on April 2.
