Chennai, July 6 (IANS) The Madras High Court has restrained the makers of the Tamil film ‘Happy Raj’ from using a song originally composed by Ilaiyaraaja, finding a prima facie case of alleged copyright infringement. The interim order was passed by Justice M. Kumaresh Babu while hearing a civil suit filed by Ilaiyaraaja.
