Kolkata, June 29 (IANS) Lieutenant General Rajeev Ghai, who was India’s Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) during Operation Sindoor, was conferred with the Sarvottam Yudh Seva Medal (SYSM) by President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Monday.
