National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held discussions during the BRICS NSAs’ Meeting in New Delhi. NSA Ajit Doval also engaged with Brazil’s Secretary of Multilateral and Political Affairs, Carlos Cozendey, during the event. Both sides acknowledged the cooperation between India and Brazil within the BRICS framework. The ongoing two-day BRICS National Security Advisors’ Meeting in New Delhi, chaired by India, aims to address global security challenges and enhance collaboration on strategic issues.
The meeting focuses on non-traditional security challenges faced globally today. Participants will explore the impact of new technologies on security threats and assess the outcomes of recent BRICS Joint Working Groups. Discussions will encompass counter-terrorism and security in the use of Information and Communication Technologies.
