Former Delhi BJP chief, Virendra Sachdeva, emphasized Malhotra’s significant experience in both administrative and organizational roles, expressing confidence that the party would benefit from his expertise. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta stressed the importance of every member’s role within the BJP family and congratulated Malhotra on his new responsibility to advance the Delhi organization.
Mayor Pravesh Wahi commended Sachdeva for his effective leadership, which led to significant electoral victories in the capital and the formation of the BJP government in Delhi. Delhi Minister Ashish Sood highlighted the democratic nature of leadership changes within the BJP and underscored the party’s commitment to utilizing experienced leaders like Malhotra effectively. Cabinet Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa noted that Malhotra’s appointment as Delhi BJP President would enhance the implementation of welfare schemes at the grassroots level under Chief Minister Rekha Gupta’s leadership.
