Gujarat’s industrial policies and government support have positioned the state as a global investment hub, according to Dahod district in-charge minister Arjun Modhwadia. He made these remarks during the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit, emphasizing the state’s appeal to investors due to its infrastructure and policies. The event, chaired by Modhwadia, saw the signing of MoUs for industrial units under ‘Vibrant Gujarat 2026’.
Modhwadia highlighted Gujarat’s robust industrial ecosystem and infrastructure, attributing its attractiveness to the state’s policies and governance. He pointed out the well-developed infrastructure in both urban and rural areas, citing Dholera as a model for planned industrial growth. The minister stressed the importance of individual and collective progress for Dahod’s development, linking it to the broader vision of “Viksit Bharat@2047”.
Minister Ramesh Katara noted the significant progress witnessed in Dahod district, with government support reaching various sectors like education and healthcare. During the summit, Modhwadia and Katara distributed approval letters to beneficiaries, providing assistance exceeding Rs 54 lakh. Additionally, a Panchvati Development Centre was inaugurated in Khirkhai village, furthering the district’s development initiatives.
