The India AI Impact Summit 2026 has garnered significant global interest, highlighting India’s emergence as a key center for responsible artificial intelligence development. Scheduled from February 16 to 20 in New Delhi, the summit will feature the finalists of three major Global Impact Challenges: AI for ALL, AI by HER, and YUVAi. These challenges aim to promote innovative AI solutions aligned with global priorities, with over 4,650 applications received from 60 countries.
The Ministry of Electronics & IT announced that the top 70 teams have been selected as finalists after a rigorous evaluation process by experts and industry leaders. The finalists will showcase their solutions at the Grand Finale and Awards Felicitation Ceremony on February 16 and 17 in New Delhi. The AI for ALL Global Impact Challenge alone attracted more than 1,350 applications from various countries, focusing on scalable AI solutions in sectors like healthcare, agriculture, climate resilience, governance, education, and financial inclusion.
The AI by HER Global Impact Challenge, which received over 800 applications from 50 countries, aims to promote women-led innovation in AI. The top 30 finalists include women entrepreneurs working on AI solutions in healthcare, sustainability, financial inclusion, and other sectors. These projects range from AI-powered cancer screening tools to workforce development platforms, reflecting the government’s commitment to inclusive digital growth and empowering women innovators in the AI ecosystem.
