Indian wrestler turned MMA fighter Sangram Singh is diligently preparing for his upcoming MMA bout with a dedicated team overseeing his training. He has been training in various cities like Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Delhi, with a consistent core coaching staff guiding him.

Sangram’s next MMA fight is set for April 5 in Tigre, Buenos Aires, where he will face French fighter Matteo Monteiro, who is 17 years younger. This match will mark the first time an Indian MMA fighter competes in Argentina.

Supported by six coaches and a physio, Sangram is training in wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, and jujutsu, essential disciplines for MMA. He follows a strict routine that includes various training sessions and exercises to enhance his skills and fitness levels.

Physiotherapist Dr. Manoj Attri is part of Sangram’s team, assisting in addressing any muscle strain or recovery issues. Sangram’s rigorous training regimen covers a range of disciplines, including wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, and jujutsu, under the guidance of experienced coaches.

Sangram’s transition from professional wrestling to MMA has been successful, with victories in his previous fights. He is now gearing up to face Matteo Monteiro in Argentina, showcasing his dedication to the sport and his continuous pursuit of excellence.
