Karnataka BJP President, B.Y. Vijayendra, emphasized the significant role of former Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa, referring to him as a powerful figure. The upcoming ‘Abhimanotsava’ event in Chitradurga on May 9 is expected to draw massive crowds from all Assembly constituencies in the state.
Vijayendra mentioned that the event, under the leadership of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, will witness the participation of numerous seers and religious leaders. He expressed the enduring trust people have in Yediyurappa across the state, with party workers eagerly organizing the event.
The ‘Abhimanotsava’ program is set to host revered seers and religious heads from various communities, making it a unique and special gathering. Efforts are underway to ensure smooth travel arrangements for supporters attending the event, reflecting Yediyurappa’s commitment to people’s welfare.
Vijayendra visited the Siddaganga Mutt to seek blessings for the event and pay homage to the revered Shivakumara Swamiji. The celebrations marking Yediyurappa’s 50 years in politics will include a grand procession and cultural performances akin to a “mini Dasara,” with a large turnout expected from farmers and women statewide.
