Actor Rajpal Yadav was released from Tihar Jail after being granted interim bail by the Delhi High Court in a cheque bounce case. Rajpal expressed gratitude for the widespread support he received from people of all ages across the country, citing his three-decade-long career in the film industry and his involvement in over 200 movies, attributing his success to their love.
During a media interaction post his release, Rajpal mentioned his upcoming completion of 30 years in Bollywood and highlighted the crucial role his fans have played in his cinematic journey. He also mentioned his consistent compliance with court orders and expressed his commitment to continue following legal directives in the future.
Rajpal’s interim bail, allowing him to attend his niece’s wedding in Shahjahanpur, was granted by the Delhi High Court until March 18. His lawyer informed the court about the submission of a Rs 1.5 crore Demand Draft and the actor’s agreement to surrender his passport as part of the bail conditions. The next court hearing on this matter is scheduled for March 18.
