Udhayanidhi inaugurated a modern hockey stadium in Coimbatore and emphasized the government’s commitment to wildlife conservation by launching an elephant camp and modernization initiatives for the Forest Department. He also laid foundation stones for new projects, inaugurated completed works, and distributed welfare assistance during his visit.
Reflecting on the legacy of former Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi, Udhayanidhi underscored the government’s dedication to the overall development of Coimbatore. He emphasized the importance of ensuring government schemes reach all sections of society, regardless of political affiliations, to promote inclusive development.
