The title teaser for director Sivakumar Murugesan’s comedy drama ‘Thaai Kizhavi’, starring Radhika Sarathkumar, was unveiled. The film is scheduled to hit screens on February 20 next year. Sivakarthikeyan Productions, presenting the film, introduced a new storyteller, @Dir_SivakumarM, expressing excitement about @realradikaa ma’am’s role.
The teaser showcases a school boy fearing an elderly woman named Pavunu Thaayi, a ruthless moneylender in the village. Pavunu Thaayi, dreaded by all, faces speculation about her longevity despite her unpopularity. The villagers’ fear escalates as the teaser hints at a possible twist in the old woman’s fate.
Apart from Radhika Sarathkumar, the film features actors like Singam Puli, Arul Doss, and Bala Saravanan. Sudhan Sundaram and Sivakarthikeyan have produced the film, with music by Nivas K Prasanna and editing by San Lokesh. Cinematography is by Vivek Vijayakumar, and art direction by Ramu Thangaraj.
