Patna, April 7 (IANS) In a major breakthrough, the Gaya Police have arrested notorious criminal Mohan Manjhi, who was carrying a bounty of Rs 50,000 on Tuesday. His accomplice, Sonu Manjhi, was also apprehended during the operation.
