Kolkata, June 1 (IANS) Abhishek Banerjee, the Trinamool Congress General Secretary and Lok Sabha member, has sought time to appear before the West Bengal Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in the signature mismatch case.An insider of the party said that Banerjee has sent a letter to the CID seeking time to appear before its officers, as he is still recovering from the health issues which he encountered on May 30 when he was heckled and harassed while on his way to meet the family of a party…
